How do I track my order?
Thank you so much for your order! Please allow us 1-2 business days for processing your order. Orders placed before 8am EST Monday-Thursday typically ship the next business day. Orders placed before 8am EST Friday-Sunday typically ship on Monday!
All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and depart from our local post office in South Orange, NJ. Once we ship the items in your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your USPS tracking number included. You may use that tracking number to monitor delivery status information.
Please note that the information available to IZZY + ELLERY is the same as what is available to you, our lovely customer, on the web.
Can you change my order before it has shipped?
Hey, we know mistakes happen. Unfortunately we cannot change your order or add anything to your order after it is placed due to real time order processing. However, we can sometimes cancel your order so you can order the correct item, or we can exchange your order after it has shipped.
How is shipping calculated?
The price for First-Class Mail International® varies based on weight and destination. Our real time shipping calculator will tell you shipping costs for your international shipment as you proceed through checkout.
All international shipments with tracking will be tracked at least until they depart the International Service Center (ISC). However, not all USPS first class international shipments include tracking all the way to the destination. If you want tracking to your destination, please upgrade to Priority international or Priority Express international.
Why do I have to pay duties and/or taxes to pick up my international order?
When you order merchandise from another country, you may be required to pay duties and/or taxes to bring that item into the country. It is your country’s sales tax. We cannot declare your item as a gift as this is illegal in the United States. Please be mindful of duties and/or taxes prior to ordering since these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
